This service charge will not be taxed because it is paid directly to our employees, which helps keep the tax on your checks at a minimum. An optional 4% pre-tax surcharge will be added to your bill to help offset rising operating and food costs, which you may ask your server to remove. Any gratuity you choose to add in addition to these charges will be divided among our front-of-house team.
